Hi there, I’m Tamara (pronouced Tuh MARE UH). Don’t be embarrased, nearly everyone gets that one wrong. I work with B2B tech companies to create blog posts, newsletters, case studies, videos, eBooks, and whitepapers that create brand awareness, drive pre-qualified traffic and nuture sales leads.
Prior to starting Writing Frankly in 2012, I worked at a B2B technology agency for 11 years. This invaluable experience exposed me to a variety of integrated marketing and PR strategies that still inform my work today, including branding, messaging, positioning, and media relations.
I take the time to get to know the core capabilities and values of every client I serve, which enables me to create custom tailored content in your unique brand voice. I also have a deep love of learning, which means research is my jam, and my content is always jam-packed with quotes and stats from respected industry experts.
While Writing Frankly may be a one-woman show, over the years, I have built up a network of freelance writers, researchers, editors and designers that I tap into when appropriate to bring my clients’ content visions to life.
When I’m not writing, you can find me striking a pose on my yoga mat, sitting quietly in meditation, or reading a book on mindfulness. (As you can probably tell, I’m pretty zen)
I currently live in Atlanta, GA with the most adorable toddler on the planet. But I proudly serve B2B tech companies from all over the world. Want to know more about me? Don’t be shy, just ask.
"My approach is simple: Lead with authenticity, write with empathy."~Tamara Franklin, Chief Content Creator at Writing Frankly
